Willie Armshaw Signs
Treaty United are thrilled to announce that Willie Armshaw is the latest player to commit for the 2024 season.
The fan-favourite enters his fourth season with the club having joined Treaty United at the very beginning of their journey in the Senior Men’s game.
A native of Cappawhite in Tipperary, Willie has made 85 appearances and recorded ten goals and four assists since joining the club. However, he has also provided many magical memories for Treaty United fans across the last three seasons with brilliant displays of wizardry on the wing and memorable goals against Bray Wanderers and Shelbourne amongst others.
Speaking to TreatyUnitedFC.com, manager Tommy Barrett was thrilled to have Willie signed up for another year with the club:
“It’s great to have Willie back for a fourth season. He’s come up from junior level and has improved year-on-year. He has a great attitude and works hard, and he’s a local lad as well. We know the skill set he has, and he has a huge impact both when he starts and comes off the bench. He makes things happen and is exciting to watch so we’re delighted to have him back for another season.”
