“We wanted to incorporate an iconic feature of our home city Limerick in the design, and also add a bit of a different flair to the jersey. With this in mind, we went with a pattern of the Treaty Stone that’s embedded into the fabric of the shirt. Tying it into the concept that we are building on the foundations put in last year, we put the new design in, while the sleeve design and the city motto that featured on the inner collar of last year’s shirt, stayed as accents for this year’s kit.”
