Eliza Campbell Signs
Treaty United are delighted to announce the signing of Australian international goalkeeper Eliza Campbell.
The 28-year-old joins Treaty United having played professionally in both Norway and Australia over the last ten years. Capped twice for The Matildas in 2017, Eliza brings a great level of experience to Treaty United as they look to make 2024 a memorable season under new manager Dominic Foley.
Speaking to TreatyUnitedFC.com, CEO Ciara McCormack was excited about the latest addition to the Senior Women’s squad:
“We are very excited to welcome Eliza to Treaty – as the first ever player at the club to be capped at senior international level from a country besides Ireland – Eliza represented Australia many times at the youth national team level, received senior caps in 2017 playing against China, and played for multiple years in the top leagues of Norway and Australia. She has been out of professional and international soccer for the last two years with a serious injury. We are looking forward to helping her get healthy and playing again and having her international and professional experience in to raise the level, competition and intensity of the entire squad.”
