Treaty United Name TLC as Matchday Partner for Dundalk FC Game

Treaty United are delighted to announce Team Limerick Cleanup as the Matchday Partner for this Friday’s SSE Airtricity First Division game against Dundalk FC at the Markets Field with a 7.45PM kick off.

Friday is the key day in TLC’s calendar as thousands of volunteers from organisations and clubs across Limerick City and County take part in a clean up operation for their local area. It’s a massive county-wide initiative which encourages people to get involved in a volunteer one-day clean-up every Good Friday. And this year, Team Limerick Cleanup will be celebrating 10 years in operation.

Treaty United will be taking part in the TLC initiative again this year operating in the Garryowen area around the Markets Field. Treaty United volunteers will be meeting up at 10AM in the Markets Field on Friday morning.

As part of the partnership arrangement, all 20,000 TLC registrants will have access to a special ticket code and merchandise coupon.

There will also be an international flavour to Friday night’s match as there will be 70 attendees at the game from Nort-sur-Erdre, a French town which is twinned with the Clare town of Sixmilebridge. The attendees are guests this weekend of Bridge United FC and players from the French club will be taking part in the half time scramble at Friday night’s game.

So, it promises to be an exciting night in the Markets Field as the league leaders come to town with Tommy Barrett hoping for another strong performance from his side after a battling 2-2 draw earlier in the season away to our Louth opponents.
