Senior Men’s Departures

Treaty United can confirm the departure of the following Senior Men’s Players:

  • Leon Kirrane
  • Adam O’Halloran
  • Alec Byrne
  • Oisin O’Reilly
  • Chris Horgan
  • Jack Kavanagh

Leon Kirrane came through the Treaty United Carelon Academy, making his Senior debut in July of 2022 at home to Longford Town. He departs the club having made thirteen appearances, recording three assists and scoring once away to Bray Wanderers in 2024.


Adam O’Halloran joined Treaty United ahead of the 2024 season and made his debut that February against Midleton FC in the Munster Senior Cup. He departs the club having made twelve appearances, scoring once at home to Longford Town in September.

How Alec Byrne joined the club ahead of the 2024 season for his second spell with the club, having played for the club in the first half of the 2023 season. He departs the club having made 48 appearances for the club, recording three assists and scoring once away to Cork City last May.

Oisin O’Reilly joined the club from Galway United ahead of the 2024 season, making his debut away to Carrigaline United in the Munster Senior Cup that January. The Westmeath native departs the club having made 26 appearances, scoring once with a brilliant long- distance strike at home to Athlone Town in September.


Chris Horgan joined the club during the July transfer window and made his debut the following month in a 4-1 win away to Longford Town. He leaves the club with eleven appearance including one assist.


Jack Kavanagh also joined the club during that July transfer window and made his debut in the same victory over Longford Town. He started in the club’s FAI Cup victory over Pike Rovers the following week but failed to feature for the remainder of the season due to injury.
