Ayaka Ikeza Re-Signs

Treaty United are pleased the announce that Ayaka Ikeza has re-signed for the 2025 season.
The Japanese defender signs for her second season with the club having been an important player for the side last season.
Ayaka joined Treaty United in February having previously lined out for Japanese outfit Seisa OSA Rhea Shonan FC. Ayaka made her debut on the opening day of the season against DLR Waves and made the left-back position her own from there onwards, making 22 appearances with 16 of those being starts.
Speaking to TreatyUnitedFC.com, Ayaka was excited to be signed up for another big year
with the club:
“I am proud to get an opportunity to be part of the amazing Treaty United team for another season. Our opponents are strong, but our determination to win is unmatched. Personally, I’m ready to give my all to help the team achieve our goals. Ganbarimasu.”
Manager Sean Russell also spoke to TreatyUnitedFC.com, citing how important it was to
retain a player with the defensive and attacking abilities that Ayaka has:
“Ayaka brings a lot of experience from last season where she played a key role for the team. She’s strong defensively in her 1v1s and brings a lot of composure in our attacking play from our defensive line. We are delighted to have her back for the 2025 season.”
