Kayla Kyle Signs

Treaty United are delighted to announce the addition of Canadian defender Kayla Kyle for the 2024 season.

Hailing from Montreal, Kayla joins having played at collegiate level with both the Bishops University Gaiters and the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees.

Kayla spent four years with the Gaiters, making 26 appearances and collecting several accolades including making the U SPORTS All-Rookie Team and being named Women’s Soccer Rookie of the Year in her first season, along with being named an RSEQ First Team All-Star in her final season at the University.

The 25-year-old spent the 2022/’23 season with the Gee-Gees and made eleven appearances she helped them to secure an OUA Championship title along with being named as a U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian that same year.

Speaking to TreatyUnitedFC.com, CEO Ciara McCormack was excited to have attained the defender for the forthcoming season:

“We are excited to bring a player of Kayla’s calibre to the club for 2024. She’s a decorated, athletic, technical centre back and will make a big impact immediately on the team.”
