Treaty United are thrilled to announce that Anto O’Donnell has returned to the club for the 2023 season.
A member of the original 26-man Treaty United squad in 2021, Anto returns after a season away due to injury as well as a spell with Munster Senior League side Ringmahon Rangers.
The Carrigaline native was a huge fan-favourite during his time at the club, making 25 appearances and scoring five goals. Anto has the distinct honour of having scored the first competitive goal for Treaty United’s Senior Men side when he grabbed the only goal at home to Wexford FC on March 4th, 2021.
Following his return to the club, Anto expressed his happiness at being signed for 2023:
“I’m delighted to be back again for another year! I’m looking forward to getting down to business with the boys. I have some unfinished business from my last time at the club, hopefully I can help the club and the team make the extra step that we have been so close to making over the last two seasons.”
