Enda Curran Departs

Treaty United can confirm the departure of Enda Curran from the Senior Men’s squad.

Enda signed for Treaty United prior to the 2022 season and spent three seasons with the club, making 79 appearances and scoring 45 goals. His goalscoring exploits in his first season played a significant role in helping Tommy Barrett’s side reach the Promotion Playoffs and the FAI Cup Semi-Final, with Enda earning individual accolades such as the club’s player of the year, being named in the PFAI First Division Team of the Year and being nominated for the PFAI’s Player of the Year award. While Treaty did not reach the same heights in the 2023 and 2024 seasons, Enda remained a mainstay in the squad and frequently contributed to the team’s goals.

In August of this year Enda reached a landmark 100 Senior goals when he scored a penalty in the Sports Direct Men’s FAI Cup Third Round clash with Pike Rovers. That penalty would prove to be his 45th and final goal for Treaty United.

Enda’s performances earned him the adoration of fans and volunteers around the club, and his kind nature off the field further cemented his status as a fan favourite and outstanding ambassador for the club.

Treaty United would like to thank Enda for his incredible service to the club and wish him the very best going forward.
