Treaty United are delighted to announce the signing of Grace Gleeson.
Grace returns to Treaty United having spent the 2023 season with Athlone Town.
A former Fern Celtic schoolgirl, Grace spent the first two seasons of her underage League of Ireland career with Treaty United where she picked up a WU17 League winners medal in 2021.
Gleeson joined Athlone Town in 2023 and was a prominent figure for their WU17 side as she scored 19 goals from an attacking midfield position, picking up their Player of the Year award in the process. Her performances at underage level saw her included in the Athlone Town Senior squad on several occasions including during their President’s Cup Final win early last year.
Grace becomes the 16th member of new manager Dominic Foley’s squad as they gear up for the start of the 2024 Women’s Premier Division season on March 16th at home to DLR waves.
