Adam O’Halloran Signs

Treaty United are delighted to announce the signing of Irish underage international Adam O’Halloran.

The teenager joins Treaty United having spent the last four years with Galway United for whom he made his Senior debut in late 2022.

A defender, Adam has been a near constant presence in the international setup in recent years being capped at U16, U17, U18 and at Schools level for his country. The Clarin College student was also named captain of Ireland’s U16 Victory Shield side in 2021.

O’Halloran played an important role in the Galway United underage ranks since joining as they reached two finals in three years. Adam was a member of the MU17 side that reached the Mark Farren Cup final in 2021, while he captained Galway’s MU19 side in 2023 as they reached the Enda McGuill Cup Final.

Speaking to TreatyUnitedFC.com, Tommy Barrett was happy to have signed up a young promising talent in O’Halloran:

“Adam is a really good technical and intelligent player. He can play in midfield or right-back and is really comfortable on the ball. He’s obviously a young player but he will make an impact this year particularly when he develops more physically.”
