Treaty United are delighted to announce the re-signing of Leah Martin.
The eighteen-year-old enters her first full season at Senior level having joined Treaty United in August of 2023.
A Limerick native, Leah lined out for Tipperary Town FC at schoolgirl level before having spells with Cork City FC and Wexford Youths in the underage ranks. Leah made the move to the Markets Field for the second half of last season where she started in all eight of Treaty United’s final games of the 2023 season and performed superbly at right-back with her excellent range of passing and brilliant defending.
Speaking to TreatyUnitedFC.com, Leah was thrilled to be lining out for her local club for the new season and spoke of her desire to kick on further:
“I’m absolutely delighted to be re-signing for the new season. As a local Limerick girl, it’s an honour to represent my club and I take huge pride in wearing the jersey. Walking out onto Markets field is a special feeling. I feel really at home within the club. As a group, we want to kick on and do really well this season. We’re all looking forward to the challenge ahead with Dominic leading us.”
