Treaty United are pleased to announce the signing of midfielder Alec Byrne.
Alec joins the club having recently departed Cork City where he started out at underage level in 2015.
A Carrigaline native, Alec played every minute of Cork City’s UEFA Youth League campaign in 2016 before making his senior debut in early 2017. Alec went on to make almost 50 senior appearances for the Leesiders, winning one Munster Senior Cup and the 2022 League of Ireland First Division.
Alec bolsters Treaty’s midfield options and joins Tommy Barrett’s charges ahead of Friday night’s trip to Eamonn Deacy Park to take on Galway United.
