Treaty United are delighted to announce that Ben O’Riordan has re-signed for the 2023 season.
Ben joined from Cobh Ramblers in July where he made over 140 Senior appearances in seven years with the Rams.
Since joining, Ben has appeared 13 times for Treaty United and helped the side in reaching the First Division playoffs and the FAI Cup semi-final. Undoubtedly, the highlight of Ben’s time with Treaty thus far was his screamer against Cork City at Turners Cross that set Treaty on their way to defeating the eventual champions and ending their 24-match unbeaten run.
Manager Tommy Barrett was glad to have Ben signed back up when he spoke to the media team:
“Ben came in halfway through last season and made the right-back position his own with a great goal in Cork and two assists as well. He is a very good defender and great character that has settled very well within the group.”
