Well done to Treaty United Carelon Academy goalkeeper Conor Crofton who took part in the Irish MU17 training camp in Abbotstown last week.

All 6 of our academy teams were in league action last weekend.
MU20
First into action at the weekend were our MU20s who hosted Cobh Ramblers in Hogan Park.
Our lineup for the game was as follows:
Starting 11:
Dylan Ashman, Matt Jones (C), Cian Carmody, Dean Owens, Michael MacSweeney, Fintan O’Kelly, Kyle Foley, Kayden Deegan Herlihy, Valerie Dolia, Darren Nwankwo, Jack Dunleavy
Subs:
Brandon Long, Shane Franklin, Tiernan Adelu, Michael Mulcahy, Rhys Barry
Our MU20s welcomed table toppers Cobh Ramblers to Hogan Park and played out a scoreless draw in awful conditions. Neither team could play any sort of football and as expected it turned into a 90 minute grind. Darren Nwanko was in excellent form and was on hand to stop numerous Cobh attacks. Valeri Doleri went closest for Treaty blazing wide from close range.
Next up for the MU20s is a trip to Wexford this coming Saturday.
MU15
Our MU15s travelled to Charleville to take on Limerick FC in the league.
Our lineup for the game was as follows:
Starting 11:
Alex Clancy, Jordan Brown, James Palache, Alex Meaney, Mighty Odudu, Mark Regan (C), Gavin Scanlan, Ben Doumbouya, Kaylum Matha, Paddy Gubbins, Conor Brady
Subs:
Daniel O’Connell, Danny Hammond, Conor Campbell, Evan Hogan, Cathal Donnelly, Wisdom Amaeze, Conor Kennedy
Our MU15s recorded a comfortable victory over Limerick FC in Charleville to complete the double over them this season.
We were composed throughout the game with a solid defensive awareness after playing them at home and analyzing what to expect. We ticked off many of our Key Performance Indicators and remained consistent in the overall performance.
We started strongly and opened the scoring after 10 minutes through Alex Meaney with an assist from James Palache. We continued to dominate but failed to add to our tally before half-time. We doubled our lead 20 minuted into the second half with Jordan Brown getting on the scoresheet with the assist again provided by James Palache. Ben Doumbouya rounded off our scoring late in the game.
One interesting statistic we can now add regarding the MU15s is that we have the highest number of different goal-scorers with this week’s goals coming from forward Alex, midfielder Ben and centre back Jordan.
James Palache, who himself hasn’t scored a goal in the season, today again assisted with two goals becoming the highest ranked for goal assists in the League so far. This again is a re enforcement of the impact of training method and development achieved. Well done to all coaches and the effort put in.
Our MU15s are back in action next weekend when they play host to Waterford FC in Hogan Park.
WU17
Our WU17s who hosted league leaders, Shamrock Rovers United in the Elite Phase of their league in the Manor Fields in Adare.
Our lineup for the game was as follows:
Starting 11:
Emma Jones, Jennifer Hogan, Kate Lee (C), Alex Sheehy, Aoibhe O’Leary, Eleanor Blake, Caila Neligan, Grace Geary, Orlaith O’Connell, Rachel O’Shea, Kristina Bokmane
Subs:
Ellen Hackett, Mya Lee, Aoife Frawley, Mylie Treacy, Honor Mulvihill, Ciara Austin, Mioda O’Shea,
No better way to test your progress than to go up against the unbeaten league leaders and the fact we were disappointed with a 2-2 draw shows how much this squad has developed this season.
After dominating the early exchanges, we unbelievably went 2 behind to 2 scrappy goals but the heads never went down and the girls finished the first half strongly with Eleanor Blake terrorizing the Rovers defence. Half-time talk was simply keep doing what your doing and it will come good and that’s exactly what happened when Aoibhe O’Leary stole in at the backpost to drive home an Honor Mulvihill corner on 48 minutes to get the girls back in the game.
Belief was everywhere now as the girls encouraged each other to drive forward for the equalizer and it came soon after when another excellent Honor corner was met superbly by the head of the absolute engine, Kristina Bokmane, to get us back level. After that it was an end to end battle with both keepers making outstanding saves to keep the score at 2-2. Very difficult to name a player of the match with so many great performances from the likes of Caila Neligan at fullback, Grace Geary, Alex Sheehy, Mylie Treacy and Kristina in midfield and Eleanor upfront but the defence of Aoibhe O’Leary and the glue-like hands of Emma Jones in goals sees them both share the award.
Next up is an away trip to Shelbourne where the Treaty girls will look to extend their unbeaten run to 4 in a row.
MU17
Our MU17s had third-placed UCD as visitors to Hogan Park in their Elite Phase league.
Our lineup for the game was as follows:
Starting 11:
Conor Crofton, Rory McKeon (C), James Rochford, Alex Omoruyi, Kian Dempsey, Mark O’Callaghan, Sean Kiely, Gavin Ryan, Nathanael Mthembu, Christian Stack, Conor O’Mahony
Subs:
Darragh Van Veen, Ryan Moloney, Nathan Mathewebo, Conor Kennedy, Tony Hourigan, Ben Doumbouya, Timmy O’Sullivan, Mark Regan
Our MU17s secured a hard-fought 1-0 win over UCD in difficult conditions that made it tough for either side to build momentum. Gavin Ryan struck early with a scrappy but crucial goal to give Treaty the lead, and from there, the team dropped into a well-organized mid-block that frustrated UCD throughout. The visitors struggled to break down Treaty’s disciplined shape, while transitional moments offered chances to extend the lead, though the finishing touch was missing. Despite the challenging circumstances, the boys battled tirelessly and showed great togetherness to see out an important victory.
Next up for the MU17s is a trip to the AUL Complex to take on league leaders Shelbourne.
WU19
Our WU19s had Bray Wanderers as visitors to the Manor Fields in Adare.
Our lineup for the game was as follows:
Starting 11:
Niamh Kinehan, Megan O’Reilly, Sadbh Griffin, Ava Neary (C), Kate Jones, Grace Ehinger, Lily-Anne O’Meara, Ella Carey, Sirena Celebrini, Suvi Isabella O’Connor, Jayne Ryan
Emma Jones, Saoirse Kent, Abbey Walsh, Emma Meaney, Chloe Wallace, Molly Lane, Ellen Goggin
Missed chances was the name of the game for our WU19s who hit everything except the back of the net and dominated play throughout the game. However, Bray defended with everything they had and Treaty could not break the deadlock despite numerous opportunities. Defensively Treaty were excellent leaving Bray’s only chances coming from 2 set pieces.
Thanks to Vitalograpgh for their recent travel sponsorship.
Next up for the WU19s is a trip to Killeshin FC to take on CK United.
MU14
Our MU14s travelled to Galway to take on Galway United in the league.
Our lineup for the game was as follows:
Starting 11:
Seamus Greene, Fionn Kennedy (C), Liam McCague, Morgan Barrett, Adam Rochford, Dion Hannon, Hugh Canty, Precieux Malonga, Jack Sheehy, Paddy O’Sullivan, Ciaran Irwin
Subs:
Sean O’Carroll, Yanis Mambouna, Gabriel Nseka, Jude Cullen, Jack Bourke, Harry Millan, Gibby Celebrini, Marco Lopez, Emmet O’Donnell
Our MU14s suffered defeat at the hands of Galway United in Colga FC grounds. We conceded two early goals to hand the initiative to our hosts. However, on 25 minutes, we got back into the game through a stunning Jack Sheehy goal. We failed to build on this though and Galway regained the upper hand to run out comfortable winners in the end. Our man of the match was Precieux Malonga.
Next up for our MU14s is a visit to Klub Kildare in the league.
